- Orders & payments: items purchased, totals, delivery method; we do not store card numbers, MoMo/Orange Money PINs, or bank passwords.

- Vendor/KYC (for sellers): shop details, government ID, tax/registration numbers, payout/mobile wallet details, and required onboarding documents.
- Reviews & content: product reviews, ratings, Q&A, uploaded images.
B. Information collected automatically
- Device & usage data: IP address, device identifiers, browser type, pages viewed, referring/exit pages, timestamps.
- Log & security data: login events, fraud indicators, abuse prevention signals.
- Location data: approximate (IP) or—with your permission—precise location for delivery or nearby store discovery.

- Payment/mobile money providers: payment confirmations and limited metadata.

Customer ↔ Vendor interactions: When you purchase from a vendor, that vendor becomes an independent data recipient of your order information for fulfillment and support. Vendors must use such data only for your order and must protect it per our Vendor Terms.
6) International data transfers
Some service providers may be outside Liberia. Where we transfer data internationally, we use reasonable safeguards (contractual protections and security controls).
7) Data retention
- Accounts, orders, invoices: kept while needed to provide services and meet tax/accounting/legal requirements.
- Vendor KYC & payout records: retained as required by law and financial audits.
- Marketing preferences: until you unsubscribe or delete your account.
- Support tickets & disputes: kept for operations and legal defense.
When data is no longer required, we delete or irreversibly anonymize it.

- Vendor shop names, descriptions, ratings, and publicly provided contact details may be visible to customers.
- Vendors must only use customer data obtained via Roycon to fulfill orders, provide support, and meet legal obligations—no off-platform marketing without the customer’s explicit consent.
11) Children’s privacy
The Platform is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
12) How we protect your information
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal data, including encryption in transit, access controls, and security reviews. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure—please use a strong, unique password and keep your credentials safe.

Our Platform may link to external sites (including vendor pages, payment or logistics portals). Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices.
